•	A minimum assessment fee will be charged for all machines and tools which engaged our services. Assessment fee will be waived if quotation is approved by customer or replacement sold thru our company. For waiver of assessment fee, it is strictly our rights and we reserve the right to incur interest for outstanding amount due to us. 
•	Transportation charges will be charged according to the market prevailing rate and it's vary according to the type of transport, location and scheduled time.
•	By engaging our service, you hereby given us the rights to dispose your uncollected Machine, Equipment & tools after 2 months from date of collection notification either via email, whatsapp or calls or you have failed to provide delivery instruction to us (which will incur extra delivery charges). Should such incident occurred, customer is still liable to make payment for our service render including assessment fee and other incurred charges.
•	In the event of no payment or partial payment, EBA Machinery Services reserves the right to remove the parts/components/machine until full payment has been received.

Compactors are used to compact a surface or a base to ensure the stability required to support construction projects such as roads, railways and support structures. We provide both the Plate Compactor for loose or granular surfaces and the Rammer for tight cohesive surfaces.The plate compactors are handy when compacting large surface areas and due to their size and weight distribution, they function well for both wet or dry soil conditions. The rammer on the other hand has a smaller base plate and upright design that focus the impact in a small area for deeper compaction. Its slim design also allows it to operate in tight locations like drains and trenches.
